听贰濒颈驳颈产颈濒颈迟测:听 Applicants must: be Australian citizens or holders of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa; be commencing or continuing full-time study; be studying on-campus at Toowoomba, Fraser Coast or Springfield, or distance education or online; and be enrolled in any bachelor degree. Applicants must meet some or all of the following criteria: be from rural and regional locations; be experiencing financial hardship; be of Aboriginal Australian or Torres Strait Islander descent; from non-English-speaking backgrounds (NESB); be students with a disability; or be students enrolled in non-traditional areas of study, based on gender.
